ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT FOR HUMAN RESOURCES We are **CALZADO PAEZ**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of women's leather footwear and accessories. We are currently looking for personnel for the Human Resources position. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **ACCOUNTING**. * 2 years of experience in Human Resources positions. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge and experience in Payroll Management, SST Committee, Personnel Recruitment. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of employment contracts for new hires and renewals. * Filing of PLAME payroll reports and other withholdings. * AFP net declaration. * Preparation and processing of biweekly and monthly employee payroll (sales commissions, schedules, absences, vacations, LSGH, medical leaves). * Provide support in recording employee entry and exit logs. * Preparation of social benefits liquidation upon termination. * Employee registration and deregistration in the t\-registro\-sunat system. * Knowledge of the latest Labor Norms (Essential). * Manage documentation required for labor inspections - SUNAFIL. * Selection and/or recruitment of personnel for all departments. * Coordinate and manage all matters related to the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. * Preparation of monthly provisions for salaries, wages, vacations, bonuses, and CTS in CONCAR. * Other duties assigned by your supervisor. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday **Job Type**: Full-time **Salary**: S/.1,800\.00 or more Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectations Work Location: On-site position
