A prestigious food dealership is currently looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to join our team at our office in Surco. Scheduling and conducting virtual or in-person candidate interviews. Support in validation of documentation and references. Perform field activities for candidate sourcing: visits to training centers, job fairs, employment events, and other in-person activities as needed. Requirements: Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably for technical or high-volume operational roles. Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to recruitment (desirable). Ability to work under pressure, with initiative and autonomy. Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork when required, including visits to clients (travel expenses paid). Availability to work in Santiago de Surco, from Tuesday to Thursday fully in-person, and Monday, Friday, and Saturdays in a hybrid format as needed (48 hours per week).
