University graduate or student in the final cycles of Psychology or related fields. 2. Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation. 3. At least 6 months of experience in the position. 4. Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Responsible for the recruitment and selection process: identifying selection needs, job postings, filtering job offers on employment portals, telephone screening to obtain candidates, psychometric evaluations, etc. 2. Prepare records for the delivery of technological equipment to employees. 3. Create payroll accounts for all new personnel. 4. Assist in delivering payment slips, contracts, memos, and other departmental documents. 5. Update the company bulletin board to keep employees informed about company news. 6. Manage employee personnel files. 7. Manage all digital documentation within the department. 8. Responsible for tracking and reporting attendance (absences, medical leaves, tardiness, subsidies, permissions, overtime, vacations, licenses, others). 9.
