At Steels Asociados, we are looking for the best talent to take on the role of **DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR** in the city of Lima JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop original and engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms. * Appear in all videos, displaying a charismatic and professional presence. * Write video scripts. * Record and edit audiovisual material (videos, live streams, TikToks, etc.) by traveling to the company's various locations. * Generate creative ideas to promote the brand across different platforms. * Design graphic elements to strengthen the visual strategy and achieve established goals. * Plan, coordinate, and participate in activations (fairs, contests, others) held at the company's various locations. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. WORK EXPERIENCE * Minimum of 6 months of experience creating digital content JOB REQUIREMENTS * Intermediate-level knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut and other editing tools. * In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts: Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. Preferred age: 18 years and older BENEFITS: * Attractive compensation * Payroll registration from day one (General Regime) with benefits according to law. * Pleasant work environment.
