EDUCATION:** Minimum 5 years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in leadership positions (Coordinator or Manager) in companies within the road concessions and/or construction sector **II. EXPERIENCE:** * Experience leading recruitment and selection processes. * Knowledge in payroll management, regulatory compliance, remunerative and non-remunerative concepts. * Experience actively participating in the implementation of improvements, process automation, and resolution of critical incidents **III.
