




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional graduate or bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience participating in talent attraction and selection processes. * Knowledge in billing management, attendance control (timekeeping), report preparation, and personnel settlement implementation. * Experience in personnel coordination and handling labor-related matters. * Experience working in companies related to transportation or logistics is desirable. * Residence in the city of Arequipa. * Availability to work in the Vía de Evitamiento – Cerro Colorado area. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and coordinate personnel recruitment and selection processes. * Identify and contact candidates according to requested profiles. * Promote job postings on various employment platforms and media outlets. * Execute the complete selection process: CV analysis, interviews (phone and in-person), psychological assessments, and verification of employment references. * Review, organize, and ensure proper documentation for new hires. * Record, prepare, and follow up on corresponding billing. * Prepare and deliver periodic Human Resources and administrative management reports. * Manage timekeeping and employee attendance control. * Support in the calculation and execution of labor settlements. * Coordinate induction and adaptation of new staff. * Provide support in cases of labor incidents or personnel issues. * Keep HR database information updated. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
