




Psychologist – Recruitment Area Requirements: * Professional degree in Psychology, licensed and qualified. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruitment and selection of personnel, preferably in the educational sector. * Knowledge in psychological and psychometric assessments, individual and group interviews. * Proficiency in technological tools applied to selection processes. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. * Main responsibilities: Conduct the initial interview and psychological evaluation of teaching candidates. * Administer and analyze psychological and professional competency tests. * Prepare psychological and suitability reports for each applicant. * Coordinate with Academic Management and Human Resources the selection process.
