At **COMECO**, a leading company providing solutions in crushing, screening and material handling, we are looking for a **Selection Analyst** for our mining projects. **Requirements:** * Graduate of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related fields. * Minimum 02 years of experience managing mass recruitment and selection processes in the mining sector (Operators, Technicians, Supervisors, Engineers, etc). * Experience conducting on-site field recruitment. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel for mining projects.
