




**Main Function** Recruit, evaluate, and select operational personnel to timely and efficiently meet our clients' staffing needs, ensuring the availability of qualified personnel and contributing to the achievement of company objectives. **Required Profile** * Students in their final cycles or recent graduates in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment processes (preferably in operational staff). * Intermediate level of Office (Excel, Word). * Good communication, organizational, and proactive skills. **Responsibilities** * Conduct job postings and interviews for operational positions. * Manage and update personnel files and candidate databases. * Assist in managing staffing requests from clients and supervisors. * Coordinate onboarding of selected personnel and follow up on their adaptation. **Conditions** * Type: Internship or payroll contract (depending on profile). * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, office hours. * Career development opportunity in the Human Resources area. * Dynamic environment with continuous learning.
