





Calibration company CERTIMET is looking for a PURCHASING ASSISTANT in Surco. Requirements: University student in the final cycle or graduate of the administration program. Minimum 6 months of experience in purchasing. Knowledge in supplier registration. Knowledge in purchasing and quotations. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturdays from 8am to 11am in San Luis (reference: behind Videna). Functions: Handle all oral or written communication with suppliers to expedite purchasing processes, maintaining filed records of issued/received documentation. Report to the administrator the list of non-conforming products and the corresponding management status to validate warranties and return materials to suppliers. Be responsible for evaluating suppliers of critical supplies. Monthly presentation of indicators on the actual time of the Purchasing process. Prepare a list of suppliers approved by the General Management. Keep the supplier database and purchase records updated. Manage national purchases according to requests from CERTIMET users. Deliver complete and timely invoices and order folders to the accounting department. Prepare a list of critical supplies for the laboratory area, verified by the Laboratory Manager. Conduct evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring of suppliers. Contact suppliers to confirm received proformas and prepare orders/purchases.
