Main responsibilities * Review and validate personal and contractual documentation of selected personnel, ensuring compliance with client requirements. * Organize and maintain digital files in shared folders, guaranteeing **traceability and information security**. * Manage filter submissions and track ongoing selection processes. * Prepare and send **weekly progress reports**. * Maintain constant coordination with internal and external clients. * Follow up on client requirements.
