We are seeking a highly committed individual with initiative and a strong desire to grow, eager to gain real experience and contribute enthusiastically to the team's projects. **Requirements:** * Students from the fifth semester onwards in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * No prior experience required. * Excellent communication skills. * Proficiency in office software at user level. * Organizational skills and good time management. **Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on employment portals. * Coordinating interviews. * Assisting in selection processes. * Performing administrative tasks within the department. * Collaborating on internal HR projects. **We Offer:** * Work mode: On-site * Schedule: 5 or 6 hours per day (flexible schedule) * Duration: 3 months, renewable * Ongoing mentorship and access to internal training. * Active participation in real departmental processes. * Internship completion certificate.
