FUNCTIONS: Coordinate, manage and supervise the recruitment / staff habilitation process, ensuring that employees have the necessary resources, requirements and training, as well as ensuring follow-up and control of their periodic updates. Support in preparing the monthly payroll to ensure the success of the process. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling medical exams for new hires, monitoring employee fitness status, and opening SCTR PENSION AND HEALTH accounts. REQUIREMENTS: Technical degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields. Minimum of 3 months of experience. Residence in Arequipa (mandatory). Immediate availability for incorporation.
