We are currently looking for **1 Recruitment Assistant** in Surco to join our team: **Requirements:** * Graduate in Psychology * 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection * Knowledge of psychometric tests * Knowledge of competency-based interviews * Immediate availability is desirable * Availability to work on-site in Surco **Responsibilities:** * Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes as assigned. * Post job openings on various job boards. * Perform resume screening and phone interviews. * Administer psychometric tests and validate document screenings. * Other duties related to the position. **Benefits:** * Formal employment from day one under MYPE payroll * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 6:30 PM * Work location: Santiago de Surco (Av.
