Job Summary: A leading Human Resources consulting firm is seeking a Selection Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and administer psychometric assessments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the end-to-end talent attraction process. 2. Design and execution of Assessment Centers and psychosocial reports. ***We are looking for you!*** *At Human Solutions, a prominent Human Resources consulting firm with over 15 years in the market, we are currently seeking top talent for the position of:* ***Selection Consultant – SURCO*** ***Responsibilities:*** \- End-to-end responsibility for talent attraction processes for our clients. \- Job profiling and position analysis with the requesting client, including labor market conditions and salary bands. \- Presentation of the work schedule. \- Dissemination of job openings across various recruitment channels. \- Headhunting. \- Resume screening and telephone pre-screening. \- Submission of progress reports or longlists as appropriate for the profile. \- Competency-based interviews and group dynamics. \- Design and execution of Assessment Centers. \- Preparation of psychosocial reports for finalist candidates or evaluations requested by clients. \- Candidate follow-up until onboarding with the client. ***Requirements:*** \- Bachelor's degree or professional title in Psychology. \- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing end-to-end selection processes for operational, administrative, mid-level management, supervisory, and executive positions. \- Experience in Human Resources consulting firms.
