We would love for you to become part of our team and take your career to the next level! ### **What do we look for in your profile?** * At least 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferably within human resources consulting firms or headhunting. * Market research, passive and active talent sourcing, advanced internet searches. * Achieving results in a fast-paced recruitment environment driven by metrics and deadlines. * Time prioritization skills, adaptability to change, and flexibility when directions and priorities shift. * Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. * Experience with Hunting strategies. ### **About the responsibilities for this role:** * Identify potential talent for positions requested by our clients. * Create and update job descriptions. * Provide support to the Consultant in various day-to-day tasks. * Organize candidate information: resumes, evaluations, relevant details, reports, etc. * Assist in managing employment references, drafting job descriptions, supporting necessary meetings, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, among others. * Assist in the use and management of digital tools. ### **Other interesting details:** * Work model: Hybrid * Working hours from Monday to Friday. ### **What do we offer?** * Market-competitive salary. * A free day on your birthday. * Corporate discounts.
