Join the best team as Talent Attraction Assistant at our Chincha location. **Requirements:** * Graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * One year of experience as an intern responsible for mass hiring processes. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Availability to work in Chincha Alta. **Responsibilities:** * Handle personnel requests, ensuring established procedures are followed. * Post job advertisements on various recruitment sources and implement mass recruitment strategies. * Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations to ensure they meet required profiles. * Coordinate with internal departments for candidate interviews and evaluations. * Arrange delivery of uniforms and PPE for new hires. * Provide induction training for new employees. * Conduct exit interviews with departing employees. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Working conditions:** * Work mode: On-site * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 6:15 pm * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Career advancement opportunities.
