




**Responsibilities:** * Handle reservation requests (via phone, email, or management systems). * Verify availability of services (flights, rooms, cars, etc.). * Quote prices and send proposals to customers. * Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations according to customer needs. * Manage payments and coordinate with other departments (accounting, operations). * Keep the customer and reservation database updated. * Provide personalized service and resolve issues. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in customer service or reservations. * Knowledge of reservation systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, Opera, etc., depending on the sector). * Good computer skills. * Communication and customer service skills. * Languages (English or others, depending on the field).
