**ZAPPHIRO FRAGANCIAS – Huancayo** **About us** We are a growing fragrance brand/perfumery in Huancayo. We're looking for a well-rounded creative professional to elevate our visual identity, optimize our short videos, and scale our social media content. **Role** Create ready-to-publish static and video assets, along with persuasive scripts aligned with the brand. This is a **temporary 3-month position**, with potential renewal based on performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Design original graphics for IG, FB, and TikTok (posts, stories, reels covers, banners). * Edit short promotional videos (reels/TikTok) with good pacing, subtitles, and engaging hooks. * Write **short scripts** and propose storytelling ideas. * Record clips (when applicable): proper framing, lighting, and audio. * Maintain visual consistency (typography, color palette, logo) and meet deadlines. * Deliver editable and platform-optimized files. **Requirements** * Recent graduate or student in **Graphic Design / Advertising / Communications**. * Proficient in **Photoshop/Illustrator** (or equivalents) and **Premiere/CapCut/Final Cut**. * Familiarity with **Canva** for quick turnarounds. * Portfolio required (Behance, Drive, or similar). * Organized, with strong aesthetic judgment and punctuality. **Desirable (plus)** * Basic motion skills (keyframes, masks, lower thirds). * Experience with **TikTok/IG Reels** and current trends. * Basic copywriting for visuals and captions. * Understanding of metrics (retention, CTR, playback rate). **Schedule (choose one option)** * Mon–Fri **9:00 AM to 1:00 PM** or **2:30 PM to 6:30 PM** (part-time / hybrid depending on deliverables). **Compensation** * **S/ 500 per month** (for 3 months).
