Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate itamae or sushi roller to prepare and present makis and other dishes with artistry and quality, maintaining high standards within a dynamic team. Development of recipes and cooking techniques We are looking for an experienced and passionate itamae or sushi roller to join our team; you will be responsible for preparing and presenting makis and other dishes artistically and deliciously, ensuring each dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities: \- Prepare and present makis quickly and attractively \- Maintain ingredient quality and freshness \- Collaborate with other team members to ensure kitchen efficiency and quality \- Develop and maintain recipes and cooking techniques \- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization Requirements: \- Prior experience as an itamae or sushi roller in a maki restaurant or similar establishment. \- In-depth knowledge of maki preparation techniques \- Artistic and presentation skills \- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment \- Availability to work fixed hours, including weekends and holidays Skills and Competencies: \- In-depth knowledge of maki cuisine \- Speed and presentation skills \- Attention to detail \- Teamwork \- Ability to work under pressure Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.2,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site
