invoice delivery status.\n* Coordinate with courier services for invoice dispatch.\n* Email invoices to the respective departments of client companies.\n* Issue waybills and invoices; print TERAHSOFF invoices.\n* Prepare acceptance certificates.\n* Record invoices in the system.\n* Print invoices and supporting documentation for sales filing (supporting documents).\n* Issue credit notes and request supporting documentation to generate credit notes.\n* Generate reports as requested.\n* Coordinate with clients and/or internal staff on billing-related matters.\n* Ensure timely dispatch of respective invoices within scheduled deadlines.\n* Verify that product codes, quantities, and descriptions match the purchase order prior to invoicing.\n* File processed documents and invoices in sequential order.\n* Monitor accounts receivable and verify due dates.\n* Contact clients to remind them of payment deadlines and coordinate debt resolution.\n* Prepare aging reports and pending collection reports.\n* Coordinate with the commercial department and management regarding client delinquency or payment delays.\n* Record and reconcile received payments in the system.\n\nEmployment
