Position Objective The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing commercial documentation, maintaining the customer database, and ensuring the efficient flow of the commercial process, from quotation to delivery and invoicing. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and send quotations, proformas, purchase orders, or contracts addressed to customers. * Register and update customer and prospect information in the CRM or commercial database. * Follow up on purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and deliveries. * Handle customer inquiries (via phone, email, or in person) and provide after-sales support. * Coordinate internally with warehouse, logistics, billing, and customer service departments to ensure processes are completed timely and correctly. * Generate sales reports, performance indicators, goal achievement tracking, and basic business data analysis. * Support campaigns, promotions, or product launches, as well as prepare presentations or commercial proposals when necessary. Requirements * Completed secondary education; technical or university studies in Administration, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles within sales or commercial areas. * Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, email) and preferably CRM systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a courteous approach towards customers. * Organizational, planning, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities. * Customer-oriented and results-driven. Valued Skills * Experience in selling technical products/industrial items or products in the construction/home sector. * Knowledge of wellness, spa, swimming pool, or similar industries. * Basic or intermediate English proficiency.
