Mida Security – Callao, Callao **Job Description** **At Mida Security S.A.C we are currently looking for a GPS and fleet unit monitor who meets the following requirements:** * Studies in computing and information technology, Administration, Business Engineering, Systems Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months proven experience in the position. (essential) * Strong oral and written communication skills. (Constant communication with end clients). * Ability to prepare reports and documentation. * Experience in GPS tracking (desirable). * Availability to work in Callao. * Availability to work DAY SHIFT or NIGHT SHIFT. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control fleet units via GPS platform. * Maintain continuous communication with drivers, internal and external clients. * Real-time monitoring and reporting of operational units. * Review and manage daily reports. * Ability to quickly and accurately identify and resolve critical issues. * Prompt response to emergency situations such as panic buttons, robberies, incidents, and communication with the Client and police (phone/email/messages). * Incident reporting and ability to work under pressure.
