We are seeking top talent to fill the position of E-Commerce Assistant. **Mission** Provide operational and commercial support for managing e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, accurate product updates, and timely execution of digital campaigns, thereby contributing to online sales growth and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills. * SAP proficiency (desirable). * Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce roles within the retail sector. * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, VTEX, or similar. * Experience with marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Libre, Falabella, Ripley, or others). * Strong writing and spelling skills. **Responsibilities:** * Upload and update products on e-commerce and marketplace platforms (photos, descriptions, prices, sizes, colors, SKUs). * Ensure proper categorization and tagging to enhance navigation and search functionality. * Propose improvements to product presentation or website usability. * Identify optimization opportunities in titles, images, or pricing to improve search rankings. * Monitor stock levels and availability to prevent out-of-stock items. * Manage tickets or incidents with sales channels in case of errors. * Upload and manage banners on the online store according to the marketing calendar. * Handle transfers in SAP (accept and forward). * Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, customer service, and digital marketing teams to ensure efficient workflow. * Perform other duties assigned in accordance with the role and departmental needs.
