We are looking for an **HVAC Maintenance Technician** **(Jr. Profile)** **Responsibilities**: * Control and record activities performed according to Work Orders, noting daily maintenance occurrences in the Daily Report. * Coordinate with supervision the processes involved in the work, scope, and impact of maintenance interventions carried out. * Follow up on services provided until completion, including pending spare parts and pending activities. * Propose continuous improvements to enhance preventive maintenance reliability and reduce maintenance service operation times. * Reduce failures (emergency calls) and improve the performance of assigned equipment. * Use appropriately and reasonably the resources provided to carry out service tasks. * Ensure completed work complies with manufacturer-recommended standards. * Perform all work in compliance with current safety regulations. **Requirements**: * Graduate technician in refrigeration and air conditioning, electrical, mechanical maintenance, or related fields. * 1 year of experience as a technician, apprentice, or assistant in HVAC systems. * Must reside in the city of Pisco, Paracas, or nearby areas in Ica. **Benefits**: * Market-competitive salary. * Lunch covered by the company. * Full payroll with all statutory benefits from day one. * Opportunity for job stability and long-term employment within a leading HVAC industry company.
