




Main responsibilities: * Coordinate and review digital campaigns, social media, landing pages, mailings. * Create content for institutional social media channels. * Analyze and interpret user data to segment, acquire and retain customers. * Send institutional campaign mailings. * Support the academic department in the production and coverage of internal events. * Support the sales team. * Actively participate in informational talks, fairs and assigned events. * Operationally execute campaigns: manage approval of advertising materials (digital and printed) and supervise events. * Control and monitor the budget of assigned marketing campaigns. * Responsible for managing and updating the institutional kardex. * Benchmarking. Applicant profile: * Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing or Communications. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Marketing Assistant in educational institutions, retail or fashion. * Additional skills: * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop. * Social media and digital content management. Intermediate level of Office suite. * Digital analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads and CRM. * Report creation.
