Requirements: Intermediate knowledge of current regulations. General understanding of customs operations (customs valuations, prior submissions, ACE system, SENASA inspections). Knowledge of commercial and customs documentation. Knowledge of port procedures according to various regimes. Intermediate English. Responsibilities: Submit customs declarations to our own customs offices (FCL) and those carried out by third parties (air freight), for both imports and exports. Review documentation and system information to verify the absence of errors or omissions in customs submissions. Direct containers and B2B air cargo to warehouses designated by management and/or clients. Manage payments to airlines, shipping lines, and port agents; alert customers regarding non-payment and/or lack of SADA DD approval to ensure timely attention. Timely notification to customers of cargo arrivals and departures, as well as follow-up on corresponding payments. Position type: Full-time. Work location: On-site employment.
