**JOB PURPOSE:** * Optimize drawings and plans according to production order specifications to ensure accurate representation on production drawings. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in Civil Construction, CAD Technician, or related field. * Immediate availability. * Willingness to work in CHILCA. ***FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Verify that information entered into the SICAR system complies with production order (PO) specifications to perform optimization in Opty Way. * Produce AUTOCAD drawings of molds or plans reported by the Sales Department (as required), aligned with production orders for production scheduling. * Review drawings and/or measurements to ensure proper distribution for optimal material utilization. * Print and deliver optimized plans to personnel responsible for production and logistics processes. * Support activities required for implementing area improvement projects. * Comply with SIG policy, standards, and documents of the Integrated Management System. * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, as well as requirements of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, with statutory benefits. * Employee transportation between Lima and Chilca. * Perfect Attendance Bonus. * Birthday leave day. * 70% meal allowance coverage. * Health insurance, workers’ compensation insurance (SCTR), and life insurance as mandated by law. **WORK LOCATION:** CHILCA PLANT; we provide shuttle service from Puente Nuevo.
