**Job Profile:** * Technical or university studies in Engineering or Fashion Design, related fields * 2 years of experience as a Development Analyst or Fashion Designer * Knowledge of textile fabrics, fashion, and textile management **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with the assigned Commercial Executive to ensure clarity and feasibility of received requirements, as well as client response timelines, to meet development deadlines. * Generate documentation according to the development process based on received information. * Record, update, and maintain necessary information such as raw material consumption, materials (accessories), and workshop details, among others. * Coordinate with the Planning Analyst / Development Assistant regarding swatch or sample development requirements. * Coordinate and continuously monitor weavers across different workshops to ensure timely execution of production activities. * Review sample construction, validate measurements, take photos, verify garment quality and design, and arrange shipment of samples with measurement records. * Coordinate scheduling and participate in PPMT meetings. * Take photographs of finished garments for internal company sales. * Create patterns to validate measurements and grading. **Competencies:** * Problem-solving and handling critical situations. * Teamwork. * Proactivity.
