We are currently seeking a: MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT **REQUIREMENTS:** **\*Student or graduate in: International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources, or related fields.** \* One year of experience performing related duties. \* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \* Positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills. \* Goal- and target-oriented mindset. \* Ability to work effectively in teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to promote company services. · Supervise event coordination (under the direction of the General Manager). · Implement new commercial strategies and customer portfolio retention initiatives (under the direction of the General Manager). · Maintain the General Manager’s calendar up-to-date, proactively notifying scheduled activities using all relevant communication channels. · Develop organizational manuals for various departments. · Prepare information, reports, or management documents for prospective clients. · Draft official management correspondence and communicate it effectively to employees, suppliers, and clients as required. · Manage, maintain, and supervise proper use of office supplies and facilities, including inventory control and daily operational support. · Perform other duties as assigned by management according to priorities. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant working environment. * Direct learning from leaders and owners of top-market franchises. * Ongoing training and professional development. * Base salary: S/1200. * **Performance-based bonus.** * Formal employment contract from day one, including statutory benefits under the **MYPE Regime**. **LOCATION:** Address: Av.
