We are looking for a **Senior Import and Logistics Assistant** capable of managing the entire supply chain: from procurement to delivery, optimizing time and costs. It is essential that the candidate has proven experience in purchasing, supplier negotiation, and logistics coordination. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (mandatory). * Intermediate written English skills. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * **2\-3 years of experience in national and international purchasing**, supplier negotiations, and logistics (mandatory). * Experience in import operations (highly valued). * Knowledge of construction materials (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Identify, negotiate, and finalize agreements with national and international suppliers. * Coordinate import processes with customs brokers and manage required documentation. * Organize shipments and transportation routes together with warehouse and logistics staff. * Manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and key conditions. * Resolve logistical issues promptly and effectively. * Propose improvements to optimize operational processes. * Communicate with clients and ensure complete and timely final deliveries. **Working Conditions:** * Full benefits from day one: CTS, bonuses, vacation, Essalud. * Starting salary of S/.1800 * Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. * Onsite work at office (San Isidro). * Corporate phone and pleasant work environment. * Opportunities for learning in administrative management and various areas.
