In the \#RetailOperations area, you will: * Ensure the achievement of the store's sales goals, guaranteeing customers the best brand experience within the store. * Maintain visual standards and restock according to the store's ROTA and instructions from the Instore VM or Store Experience Manager. * Operate the cash register according to current procedures, aiming for efficient checkout and ensuring a positive farewell for our customers. * Ensure the safety and well-being of customers and staff present in the store, following Occupational Health and Safety policies. * Comply with the personal appearance code (uniform, accessories, etc.) as well as proper maintenance and cleanliness of the store. * Assist with general store tasks and operational processes (organization, delivery reception, among others). * Support the Store Administrator and Customer Experience Manager in other duties as needed. We value: * Completed secondary education. * Wide availability: Monday to Sunday (one rotating day off) within the timeframe of 6pm to 10:30pm (4 hours daily / 23.5 hours weekly). * Experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling. Experience with recognized commercial brands will be valued.
