Important real estate company is looking for **COMMERCIAL ADVISORS.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or technical education in sales, marketing or related fields * Basic knowledge of office software * Desired experience in customer service, financial product sales or real estate sales * Commercial attitude, results-oriented and good communication skills. * Availability to work Monday to Saturday in the district of Villa María del Triunfo, near Paradero Chancadora **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide commercial advice to potential customers * Make contact and follow-up via phone calls, WhatsApp and email * Handle inquiries and close sales from call center * Participate in activations, fairs and real estate events * Meet weekly and monthly sales targets **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary according to experience \+ 3% commission on closed sale * Schedule: Mon\-Fri from 8:00 a.m. / 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / 6:00 p.m. Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Type of position: Full time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site job
