Building management company is seeking a RELIEF GUARD to cover staff rest days at a condominium located in JESUS MARIA-LIMA. Minimum one year of experience in the field is required. Main responsibilities: - Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, suppliers, delivery personnel, etc., ensuring compliance with community living rules and company security protocols. - Guide, assist, and provide possible solutions to customers for any inquiries they may have. - Provide support to the administrator assigned to the condominium (basic knowledge of WhatsApp, document scanning, filling occurrence logs, printing). - Service vocation: kindness, respect, empathy, good manners, excellent appearance, punctuality. **Benefits**: PYME payroll from day one and uniform provided.
