Functions * Make collection calls to clients with overdue debt * Follow the procedures established by the collections department * Meet the KPIs set by the department * Negotiate with delinquent customers * Record and report customer interactions * Register and collect payment information on a daily basis Additionally, there are commissions based on productivity.
