A leading real estate company is looking for **COMMERCIAL ADVISORS.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or technical education in sales, marketing, or related fields * Basic knowledge of office software * Prior customer service experience, financial product sales, or real estate sales is desirable * Sales-oriented attitude, results-driven, and good communication skills * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in the district of La Molina, near Óvalo Santa Anita **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide commercial advice to potential clients * Make contact and follow-up via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email * Handle inquiries and close sales from a call center * Participate in activations, fairs, and real estate events * Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary based on experience + 3% commission on closed sales * Working hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. / 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site job
