




Classic Lavandería Premium, a leader in the specialized laundry delivery sector and Lima's first luxury laundry service, is seeking personnel for its Customer Service area via WhatsApp ON-SITE. Applicants must meet the requirements, answer the screening questions, and attach their CV. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in law, engineering, communications, administration, marketing, or related fields. * With or without experience in customer support roles, call centers, back office, or similar positions. * Excellent communication, writing, spelling, and typing skills. * Assertive attitude for problem resolution. * Service-oriented individual with a team collaboration mindset. * Availability to work on-site in the district of LINCE (IT IS ESSENTIAL TO RESIDE IN ADJACENT DISTRICTS). ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Respond to customer inquiries made via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls, providing accurate information and immediate assistance. * Coordinate and schedule deliveries using specialized software. * Utilize sales CRM for quotations and order inquiries. * Use route planning and optimization software (similar to Uber or Rappi). * Acquire as many customers as possible to drive effective sales. ***SCHEDULE:*** * Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break) and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (24 hours per week). * Base salary S/565 + Bonuses (50 to 100 soles). * Minimum 3-month contract. * Pleasant work environment. * Discounts on all our services. **QUICK HIRING!** **All talents are welcome!** Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.565.00 - S/.665.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you consider your spelling and writing skills to be very good?
