





We are looking for top talent at Koonsult Perú to take on the challenge of becoming a Customer Service Advisor for a call center in person, located in the district of Miraflores. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: incomplete or ongoing technical or university studies. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in telemarketing sales within telecommunications, services, insurance, or similar fields. * Experience with sales techniques over the phone. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of personnel management, customer service, and service quality. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Phone contact for client prospecting. * Inform clients about services, costs, promotions, and payment methods. * Generate commercial sales closures. * Apply strategies to retain and foster client loyalty.
