





At Koonsult Perú, we are looking for top talent to take on the challenge of becoming an Advisor for a Call Center in person, located in the district of Miraflores. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: incomplete or ongoing technical or university studies. * Minimum of 06 months of experience in telephone sales within telecommunications, services, insurance, or related fields. * Experience with sales techniques via phone communication. * Basic level of Microsoft Office skills. * Knowledge of personnel management, customer service, and service quality. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conducting phone calls for customer prospecting. * Informing customers about services, costs, promotions, and payment methods. * Generating commercial sales closures. * Applying strategies to retain and foster customer loyalty.
