Currently, we are looking for top talent to join our team in the position of **Telemarketing Advisor.** Responsibilities: * Attend to customers via WhatsApp and phone calls. * Offer products, resolve inquiries, provide information, and manage customer requests. * Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) as needed. * Achieve daily/weekly goals for calls, sales, appointments, or conversions. * Participate in team meetings to review results and receive feedback. Requirements: * Currently pursuing the final cycles of a technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, call center, or telephone sales. * Experience handling objections and closing appointments/sales. * Basic knowledge of **digital tools** (Excel, corporate email, WhatsApp Business). * Clear and persuasive communication skills. * Customer-oriented with a service mindset.
