It's essential that you come eager to learn, grow, and bring your best energy. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Greet patients with a smile and help them feel at home. * Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups via phone calls and WhatsApp. * Assist our Doctors during physical assessments… don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything! * Support in selling treatment packages and handling payments. * Perform basic computer-based administrative tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness (we have cleaning staff, but everyone helps care for our space). **REQUIREMENTS** * Punctuality and responsibility. * Positive attitude and proactiveness. * Prior customer service experience is ideal (but not mandatory). * Basic English (better if you know more, but not required). * Personal organization: ability to manage time and stay organized. * Ability to commute to the workplace: La Molina (in-person only). **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Salary from S/.1,200 to S/.1,500: You start at S/.1,200 and, if you successfully fulfill your duties during the short trial period, you'll increase to **S/.1,500**. * Formal employment contract with registration in the company payroll (**planilla**). * Although it's full-time (40 weekly hours), we offer **morning or afternoon shifts**. * **A close-knit, kind, and respectful team**.
