





Manage the brand's digital presence on social media through the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of content, with the objective of building community, improving the company's positioning, interacting with users, and strengthening relationships with current and potential customers. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Technical or professional degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields. * Additional training in social media, digital branding, or storytelling is desirable. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Community Manager or in similar roles. * Prior experience managing social media for commercial brands, real estate companies, or projects involving direct consumer sales (desirable). * Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc). * Ability to interact professionally and empathetically with diverse audiences. * Capacity to generate engagement and moderate digital communities.
