Currently, we are looking for a Human Resources, Training and Quality Control Intern *Job Responsibilities: - Posting and attracting new applicants for various company departments (sales, marketing, teaching, maintenance, among others). - Conducting in-person candidate calls and interviews at our three locations in Lima. - Selecting and training newly hired staff in coordination with site supervisors (job description manual). - Continuously evaluating both new and current employees based on indicators, surveys, or other formats. - Promoting a positive work environment and resolving internal conflicts. - Managing internal company communication and attendance tracking. - Assisting in tracking hours for teacher and administrative staff payroll. - Supporting academic quality and service quality control. *Profile: - University student (from the 4th semester onwards) or graduate, technical or university level, majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Basic proficiency in Office software. - Must be available to commute and work two days per week at each of the 3 locations. - Availability during weekdays and Saturdays preferred (30 weekly hours).
