Work location: Lurín (preference for candidates residing in nearby areas: Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo, among others) **EDUCATION:** Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer or Civil Engineer (Graduates) **EXPERIENCE:** \-3 years of experience in the role as Operations Supervisor in metal mechanical plants or related fields \-Experience in management of metal mechanical projects \-Experience in manufacturing processes of mechanical structures, piping, sheet metal fabrication, and electrical equipment. **COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING:** \-ISO management systems \-Knowledge of Excel, Project \-Proficiency in project planning (Gantt) and deadline control \-Intermediate level ERP \-Knowledge of general services and field work **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and monitor the manufacturing of metal structures in general, within the contractual deadlines established with clients. * Prepare the monthly task control chart for the area. * Prepare the monthly report of the area. * Analyze and present management indicators for the areas under responsibility. * Plan, lead, and supervise all processes carried out by personnel under charge. * Responsible for meeting the production schedule in the plant according to ongoing projects. * Request necessary materials required for the production of active projects. * Prepare Packing List and dispatch of structures to be transported outside the plant. * Coordinate site deliveries, complying with delivery schedules established by ETOS and optimizing transportation resources to site. * Prepare workshop progress reports required by clients. * Coordinate and supervise compliance of production subcontractors for each assigned project. * Manage fabrication scheduling with other involved departments. * Validate and submit weekly production progress reports of active projects to Management. * Plan work schedules, overtime, rotations, and other matters for the production team. * Coordinate with the quality control department for proper release at plant and production subcontractors. * Carry out evaluations of subcontractors. * Organize and improve the plant's production processes. * Participate and cooperate in internal and external audits on production topics. * Make requests for maintenance and corrections of infrastructure and machinery for rental and sale. * Supervise and follow up on the annual and daily equipment maintenance plan. * Warehouse and Inventory Control * Maintain order and safety at the Plant * Control and manage infrastructure improvements at the plant. **Benefits:** * **Career path and professional growth** * **Positive work environment and belonging to an expanding company** * **Working hours: Monday \- Friday 7\.30am to 5\.00pm and Saturday 7\.30am to 1\.00pm** Employment type: Full time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site job
