OBJECT OF THE SERVICE** To hire the services of one (01) Programmer for the development of a mobile application for community use and interoperability with SIGTB v2. **2. SCOPE** The service will be carried out in the cities of Lima and Callao, coordinated by the Directorate of Tuberculosis Prevention and Control (DPCTB-MINSA). **3. DURATION** The requested service period is from November 17 to December 31, 2025. **4. REFERENCE AMOUNT** The reference amount for this service is S/. 14,000.00 (fourteen thousand Peruvian soles 00/100), which includes all expenses related to the service and applicable taxes during the contract duration. **5. PAYMENT METHOD** Payment for the service will be made in 02 (two) installments, after submission of the deliverables described in this document, via bank deposit into each professional's account; payment will be processed within no more than ten (10) business days after service acceptance is issued, upon presentation of the corresponding payment receipt, according to the following details: Product No. 01: S/. 7,000.00 Product No. 02: S/. 7,000.00 **6. ACTIVITIES** · Design and layout the mobile application "Comunitarios TB" in both online and offline modes, creating the necessary User Stories for implementation. · Design and document the database according to functional requirements and NT-MINSA 120 or current applicable standards. · Develop the application’s services and components, including login with two-factor authentication and Terms and Conditions for end users. · Implement the task generation module for community agents and the activity registration module for peer counseling assigned to an OATS from the health facility. · Implement the recording of supervision for preventive therapy intake among contacts of TB patients and individuals undergoing preventive treatment, as well as reporting detections referred by an OATS. · Conduct functional and integrated testing, make necessary adjustments, and manage the deployment of the application to production. · Prepare and update the system's technical and functional documentation in accordance with NT-MINSA 120 or current applicable standards. **7. COORDINATION AND SERVICE ACCEPTANCE** **Coordination**: Service coordination will be managed by the Ministry of Health's Directorate of Tuberculosis Prevention and Control (DPCTB-MINSA). **Service Acceptance**: Service acceptance will be provided by the Ministry of Health's Directorate of Tuberculosis Prevention and Control (DPCTB-MINSA), who will notify the Country Project Coordinator for TB/HIV to proceed with the corresponding payment. **8.
