Coordinate and supervise supplier tasks, equipment checklists. **Job Responsibilities:** Supervision of operational checklist compliance and equipment testing according to POE. Administrative management of work closure (acceptance reports, coordination with contractors). Monitoring of maintenance account expenses and preparation of reports for management. Verification of safety equipment usage and regulatory compliance by contractors. Participation in training sessions and availability to travel to provinces as needed. Direct intervention in emergency cases and preventive/corrective maintenance. Control of the Annual Maintenance Program (PAM) and follow-up on improvement actions. Creation and tracking of requests in the Maximo system until closure. Coordination with internal departments to avoid duplication of functions and promote safe environments. Identification of cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement in operational processes. Protection of assets and facilities, ensuring their proper and safe use. **Requirements:** Completed technical studies in electricity Intermediate-level Office software skills **Soft Skills:** autonomy, proactivity, communication at all levels, organizational ability 1 year of experience as maintenance assistant or supervisor in a commercial store/retail company **Offer Conditions:**
