**REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university graduate in Logistics Administration, Warehouse Management and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). * Experience with the **inventory module in Starsoft** (preferred). * Training courses in inventory management, warehouse logistics, and/or asset control (preferred). * Basic knowledge of on-site safety and health standards for handling materials and equipment (preferred). * Willingness to work under the specified employment regime and in provincial locations (100% coverage of food and accommodation). * Work locations: Lima and provinces. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receive and verify delivery notes for machinery, equipment, tools, rigging gear, supplies, and project-assigned balances. * Record all incoming and outgoing items in Starsoft to maintain real-time inventory tracking. * Manage the stock ledger and monitor daily authorized dispatches of materials and consumables. * Coordinate with the Site Administrator regarding procurement and service requirements. * Conduct weekly valued inventories and report losses, deterioration, or misuse of assets during Construction Committee meetings. * Provide accurate information on receipts, purchases, consumption, balances, and losses upon request. * Prepare weekly and monthly warehouse movement reports according to SGI formats. * Keep the warehouse secured, organized, and access-restricted per established security measures.
