Our client, an important Peruvian private security company with over 30 years in the market, has entrusted us with the search for a **Security and Surveillance Operations Manager**. What are the main responsibilities? * Supervise daily operations of security services (physical, electronic, and patrol), ensuring compliance with company protocols and standards. * Develop and execute operational plans, allocating resources (personnel, vehicles, equipment) according to the needs of each service or client. * Lead and coordinate regional supervisors, shift supervisors, and guards, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and proper appearance of personnel. * Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve operational incidents. * Coordinate on-site response and resolution of events or emergencies, ensuring a fast and effective reaction. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and occupational safety requirements in the sector. * Generate operational reports, performance indicators, and proposals for continuous improvement. What are we looking for? * Professionals trained in the Armed Forces, with studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software. * Knowledge of private security legislation and labor relations. * Experience with control and monitoring systems. * Operational logistics management and cost control. * Report and management indicator preparation. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Leadership-oriented, helpful, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual.
