Opportunity for professional development. **Corporate Lawyer** *We are currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our team and provide comprehensive legal advisory services on corporate, commercial, financial, civil, and business matters, contributing to proper management of legal risks and protection of the institution's interests.* **Work Location:** *Miraflores* **Working Hours:** *Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.* **RESPONSIBILITIES** * *Provide comprehensive legal advisory services on corporate, commercial, financial, civil, and business matters.* * *Draft, review, amend, and negotiate commercial, civil, financial, and corporate contracts.* * *Analyze obligations, guarantees, contracts, and other legal documentation related to the institution's operations.* * *Prepare reports, legal opinions, pleadings, and other legal documents.* * *Identify legal contingencies and risks, proposing strategies for their prevention, mitigation, and resolution.* * *Monitor judicial, administrative, and other legal proceedings.* * *Provide advisory services on corporate and commercial law matters, including review of minutes, powers of attorney, agreements, and other corporate documentation.* * *Coordinate notarial and registry procedures before SUNARP and other public entities.* * *Participate in responding to regulatory requirements, audits, and supervisory processes.* * *Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, files, proceedings, and other legal matters under responsibility.* * *Prepare reports on the status of legal matters and monitor deadlines, commitments, and deliverables.* **REQUIREMENTS** * *Law degree holder and active member of the Bar Association, with valid registration.* * *Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a lawyer.* * *Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate, commercial, financial, civil, or business legal advisory services.* * *Preferred experience in financial institutions, cooperatives, fintech companies, corporate enterprises, or law firms.* * *Knowledge of contracting, corporate law, commercial law, civil law, and legal risk management.* * *Analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.* **BENEFITS** * *Base salary: S/ 3,000 \+ S/ 300 mobility bonus.* * *Productivity bonus.* * *Enrollment in MYPE payroll system from the first day of employment.* * *50% coverage of labor benefits: vacations, bonuses, and CTS.* * *100% EsSalud health insurance coverage.* * *Opportunity for professional development.* Salary: Starting from S/.3,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you hold a valid Bar Association registration and license? * Do you agree with the indicated compensation?
