We are currently looking for the best talent for the position of **CUSTOMER SERVICE (WAITRESS)** for one of our partners in the district of **SAN BARTOLO**, who will ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of our facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and attend to customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing high-quality service during their stay at the hotel. * Present the menu to guests and/or diners, providing information about available dishes and beverages, as well as recommendations from the chef or bartender. * Take customer orders, ensuring that requests are accurately recorded and communicating any special requests to the bar and/or kitchen. * Serve food and beverages efficiently, following the hotel's presentation and service standards. * Prepare tables for customers, ensuring they are properly set and arranged. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, chairs, and common spaces, to provide a pleasant and clean environment. * Restock supplies as needed during service to guarantee a smooth experience. * Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer requests, verifying customer age in compliance with local regulations regarding alcohol sales. * Clean tables and service areas after each use, ensuring the space is ready for the next customer. * Process payments via POS or cash as required, and issue receipts or invoices when applicable. * Perform cash register and POS closing procedures as needed if the supervisor is not present. * Efficiently handle and resolve any complaints or incidents that arise during service, ensuring guest satisfaction with the solution provided. * Promote food and beverage offers and promotions to customers, recommending additional products or combos as allowed by the menu. * Inform customers about the services offered by the hotel to ensure a proper experience and communication. * Monitor customer satisfaction during their stay and request feedback from guests to assess their satisfaction level and help improve service quality. * Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other wait staff to ensure an efficient workflow and consistent adherence to service standards. * Perform any other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles * Completed secondary education * Effective and empathetic communication skills * Strong customer service orientation * Verbal fluency **Benefits:** * Good work environment * Meals provided * Punctual payments If you meet the requirements, apply now and become part of our great family!
